Our tea blends are expertly created by Master Herbalist and tea artisan Barbara Grose. Barb began creating blends after earning her Master's Degree in Herbal Medicine from Tai Sophia Institute, known as the Maryland University of Integrated Health.
Herbal Turtle Teas was born in 2011. Barb offers classes and personalized consulting to help find the right blends for your unique needs.
Over the past ten years, Barb has created over 25 blends to help her clients with everything from recovering from a workout, to helping wake up or go to sleep, and to helping nursing mothers. The blends are refreshing, bursting with flavor, and provide rich therapeutic benefits.
